ALR is the unit developed by Asis for LPG projects, which transmits analog data produced by mechanical level measuring instruments in LPG tanks to digital data and transmits it to the automation system in a similar way to probe data. It is an economical solution that allows to take the levels of LPG tanks to the automation system and manage them centrally.
TRU (Tank Relay Unit) is the unit used to start or stop external equipment in any alarm scenario occurring in the tank automation system. There are relay circuits in the TRU. Thanks to the TRU parameters in the Asis Tank automation system, the TRU unit is programmed to activate or deactivate which relay output for which tank and which alarm condition.
e-Valve is the technology that transmits to the automation system which of the tanks with manifolds at the stations with suction system. It works on the principle of sensing the open-closed-half-open position of an electronic unit developed by Asis on a specially ed valve and transmitting it to the automation system.
In the wireless TSC model, it is the unit that enables automation to communicate wirelessly with the TSC unit. It receives the data from the wireless TSC wirelessly and transmits it to the PC by connecting with RS232 connection.
TSC (Tank Switch Controller) is the device that enables the switching of submersible pumps of tanks with manifolds, thereby sensing which tank is active and transmitting this information to the automation system as digital data.
It is a barrier unit that enables all probes developed by Asis to transmit data to the automation system in an enhanced manner. Unlike its counterparts, it uses a galvanic insulated barrier system. It is compatible with all Asis probes. 6 probes can be connected to a single unit. Thanks to its expandable structure, by connecting more ProbeX®to the automation system, many tank management can be done with a single automation system.
It is the 3rd generation digital liquid level measurement unit developed by Asis. It is long-lasting thanks to its stainless steel body and buoys. In addition to measuring fuel and water levels separately, it measures fuel temperature at multiple points with 4 temperature sensors located at different points.
It is the unit that measures sensitive liquid level in LPG tanks developed by Asis, as in fuel tanks. It has a specially developed flange connection for mounting on LPG tanks. Thanks to the special connection method developed for LPG tanks, in case of failure, the probe can be replaced without emptying the tanks completely and performing gas-free operation.
It is the 4th generation digital liquid level measurement unit developed by Asis. It is long-lasting thanks to its stainless steel body and buoys. In addition to measuring fuel and water levels separately, it measures fuel temperature at multiple points with 4 temperature sensors located at different points.
ConeX® is the console solution used in Asis tank automation systems. ConeX, where all functions and equipment of the tank automation system are gathered in a single console, is preferred by many customers thanks to its ergonomics and user-friendly screens.
