Smart Supply Chain
Electronic Cargo Tracking at its best. We provide end-to-end transit visibility for containers, tankers and vehicles on behalf of both global authorities and private clients, by deploying reliable solutions to address cargo security issues.
Our Electronic Cargo Tracking System
The iSPOT® Electronic Cargo Tracking System aims to meet the highest standards of security for cargo through a comprehensive web platform that is widely used by customs and revenue authorities.
Our Electronic Cargo Tracking Products
The patented iSPOT® iScout is a security tracking device that comes with a variable length stainless steel security cable and a mechanical bolt seal for additional security. Any unauthorised opening or tampering will trigger a tamper alert. This device is ideal for those looking to address cargo security issues. A wide range of other devices are also available to suit different requirements.
Track Bonded & Transit Cargo
We provide secure track and trace solutions for bonded and transit cargo in both container and tanker form with our patented iSPOT® Electronic Cargo Tracking System. We work with government authorities such as revenue authorities and customs of the world to help them address issues relating to revenue loss through stolen untaxed bonded and transit cargo entering their borders.
Our products have been applied as a powerful solution that locks and secures the physical container or tanker valves to provide high security tracking throughout the journey.
The solution will allow the authorities and cargo owners to know when someone has opened the container without authorisation or deviated it from a designated route. This gives them visibility over all the cargo moving along trade routes and allows authorities to better manage trade green lanes to expedite cargo that has not been tampered with. The amount of time required for custom clearance will be significantly reduced, increasing the ease of doing business in the country.
Track Hazardous Cargo
We work with clients within the defence and oil & gas sector to track and secure hazardous and explosive cargo. Wet and dry cargo of this nature are sensitive and usually high value making them susceptible to theft and tampering.
Hazardous and explosive cargo such as fuels when diverted can have serious adverse effects on companies over time as the losses can be significant given the high value of the asset. Adulterated petroleum products can also pose dangers to the consumer when used. We help clients gain visibility over the asset location and the security status of the cargo by securely locking and tracking the valves, container doors or truck doors.
Similarly, any diversion of military assets in transit can be a serious threat to national security. We work with clients to help them secure this vital supply chain by providing a focused solution catering to the particular workflow requirements clients in this industry commonly have.
Supply Chain Sustainability & Traceability
We work with cargo owners to ensure the sustainability and traceability of their supply chains. The lack of visibility when the cargo is being transported from one location to another weakens the ability of cargo owners to prove the source of their goods.
We help clients counter the lack of visibility by locking and securing the cargo to provide security tracking whenever they move from point to point throughout the supply chain. The location of the cargo will be tracked in real time and cargo owners will be alerted to any attempts at tampering.
This solution allows the cargo to be secured throughout the journey and supports the ability to trace goods back to their original source. Cargo owners will benefit from being able to prove to end customers that their goods originated from an authentic source. The enhanced visibility will enable cargo owners to maintain transparency of their supply chains in their transactions with various stakeholders.
Track Perishables & Pharmaceutical Cargo (Advanced)
We deliver solutions for cold chain logistics for both perishable and pharmaceutical cargo. These types of cargo are sensitive to fluctuations in temperature and humidity when in transit as these changes can affect the health and safety of the cargo for consumers. Given the sensitive nature of the cargo, it is important for providers of cold chain logistics to be able to monitor and report the temperature and humidity conditions throughout the journey.
We worked with specialised logistics providers to address this component of their business through the application of a range of solutions for rail and road based reefer containers, delivery trucks and temperature controlled boxes. Clients benefit from having the ability to react to temperature excursion events in real time and manage the chain of custody to prove the cold chain integrity to their stakeholders using real data.
